Using ReadyForLoads.com means you accept these terms. They’re short on purpose.

1. What the site is. Ready for Loads publishes research and free tools for small trucking carriers. We aren’t affiliated with FMCSA, the U.S. DOT, any state agency or any filing service, and we don’t file anything for you.

2. Check before you act. The pages are general information. They aren’t legal, tax, insurance or financial advice. Brokers change their rules, agencies change their fees and FMCSA’s public files run behind its own systems. Before you file, sign or pay, confirm with the broker, agency or insurer involved.

3. Lookups. A DOT or MC lookup shows FMCSA’s public data as of the file date we show. It isn’t an official FMCSA record. FMCSA’s own systems are the official source.

4. Other companies. Profiles and links point to companies we don’t control. A listing, a link or a place in our default order isn’t an endorsement, and your dealings with a company are between you and that company.

5. Fair use. Read, share and link to any page. Don’t copy our lists or data in bulk, collect them with automated tools, overload the lookups or try to get around the site’s security.

6. Our content. The writing, data compilations, tools and design on this site belong to ReadyForLoads.com. You can quote a short passage if you link back to the page.

7. Corrections. If something is wrong, send a correction. We check it against its source and decide what to publish.

8. Liability. The site is provided as it is, without warranties. As far as Texas law allows, ReadyForLoads.com isn’t liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on it. If we are found liable anyway, the most we owe is $100.

9. Law and disputes. Texas law governs these terms, and any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Texas.

10. Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
