  • Flock Freight pays through TriumphPay, by QuickPay or the same day.
  • SunteckTTS issues a check within 48 hours, or a same-day Comcheck when your paperwork arrives by 3 p.m. Eastern, for a small percentage. Ask for the exact rate before you choose it.
  • Mode Global, Hub Group and Penske offer quick pay, so ask each one for its fee.
  • England Logistics charges $10 per invoice for a Com-check, with extra fees on weekends, holidays and after hours.

Brokers that pay fast with no quick pay fee

Some brokers pay quickly on their standard terms:

  • Amazon Relay pays weekly. Loads finished Sunday through Saturday are paid the following Friday.
  • ATS Logistics pays in three to five business days with no fee if you send the invoice within 10 days of delivery.
  • Supply Chain Management LLC pays within a week by electronic transfer, with no fee or discount.
  • Prime Inc. Brokerage pays weekly.
  • Allen Lund pays in 14 days if you don't factor, and Marten pays its preferred carriers in 14 days.
  • J.B. Hunt drops its quick pay fee on loads booked in Carrier 360.

What the fee costs on a load

Load pay 1.5% 2% 2.5% 3% 5%
$1,000 $15 $20 $25 $30 $50
$2,500 $37.50 $50 $62.50 $75 $125
$4,000 $60 $80 $100 $120 $200

Minimums change the math on small loads. Allen Lund's $25 minimum works out to 2.5% on a $1,000 load. Spot's $10 minimum only kicks in on loads under $200.

Quick pay or factoring

Quick pay is per broker, and you choose it load by load. Factoring covers your invoices across brokers. Some brokers limit quick pay when you factor:

  • Uber Freight's quick pay needs your own bank account on file for ACH, without a factoring company.
  • Spot keeps its quick pay for carriers with no factoring company on file.
  • RXO puts factored carriers on its 30-day standard pay and keeps them out of AdvancePay.
  • Allen Lund pays factored carriers in 30 days against 14 days direct, and OpenRoad Global in 35 days against 30.

Owners on the forums report factoring at 2% to 3% of the invoice: 2% at OTR Solutions with no ACH fees, 2.9% at Truckstop and 3% at TAFS. Published starting rates run lower, such as Porter Freight Funding from 1.5% for eligible carriers and Bobtail at 1.5% to 3.5% per invoice. Compare the full cost in quick pay vs factoring and on the factoring rates page.

How to get quick pay processed

  • Enroll first. RXO, Schneider, Arrive, Trinity, Werner and WWEX run quick pay through TriumphPay.
  • Send everything at once: an invoice that matches the load, the signed BOL, proof of delivery and any lumper receipts.
  • Watch the cutoffs. Spot needs your paperwork before 3 p.m. Eastern for its two-business-day pay.
  • Expect a slow start on Schneider Power Only, where the first quick pay setup can take five to 10 business days after your first invoice.

Check the broker first. The broker check shows a broker's authority and its bond or trust fund before you book. Its setup profile here lists the pay terms it publishes. Broker check
