Frequently asked questions

What does the load requirements tool show?

The coverage, authority and paperwork a broker or program publishes for carriers, set beside the federal rules for the truck you pick. Each company rule is marked Own page or Reported, so you know where it came from.

Why isn't my broker in the list?

Only brokers and programs with at least two published rules on their carrier pages are listed. If yours is missing, its carrier team can tell you what it requires.

Does it check whether my record qualifies?

No, it lists published rules only. Its link to the load-ready check keeps the company and truck you picked and compares those rules with your FMCSA record.

How current are the requirements?

Each company's rules come from its own carrier pages, with the check date under the results. Rules change, so confirm with the company before you book.
