What opens more
Broker rules come from each broker's own carrier page, checked October 17 to 22, 2026. Rules marked as an archived copy come from the newest archived copy of the broker's own RMIS requirements page, and "Third-party list" marks an age rule seen only on a third-party list. A broker can still decline a setup for reasons it doesn't publish.
Frequently asked questions
How does the load-ready check work?
Enter your DOT or MC number, and the check reads your authority age and the insurance on file from FMCSA's public records. It compares them with the rules each broker and load program publishes and sorts them into now, check first, later and need coverage. It doesn't ask for your name, phone or email.
What does "check first" mean?
You meet everything the broker or program publishes, but it doesn't publish every rule, or its age rule comes only from a third-party list. Call before you count on the load.
Can I use it without a DOT or MC number?
Yes. Set the days since your authority went active and turn on any coverage you're thinking about adding, and the results update as you go. The same controls work if the lookup can't find your number.
How does it show which coverage to add?
The what-if switches add $1 million liability, $100,000 cargo, general liability with workers' comp or trailer interchange to your record. The check names the addition that opens the most brokers and programs.
