Hello Hotshot sends hotshot projects to one-truck owner-operators with active MC and DOT registration, a valid US driver license and at least a three-quarter ton truck (250/2500). You get notices and handle paperwork in its app.

Best for
Single-truck owner-operators with their own MC and a three-quarter ton truck or bigger

Our take

Payment comes from Hello Hotshot itself, electronically, within 48 hours of the receiver's confirmation. Factoring isn't an option, so the confirmation on site is what starts your pay. Fleets with more than one truck go through its carrier team.

Frequently asked questions

Can a fleet use Hello Hotshot?

Fleets go through its carrier team instead of the standard signup.

Do I need my own authority for Hello Hotshot?

Yes. A driver leased to another carrier would need authority of their own first.
