Our take

Ask your agent for a COI that lists RunBuggy OMI Inc as additional insured at its Tempe, Arizona address, since RunBuggy doesn't accept a blanket endorsement. The insured address on the COI also has to match your FMCSA and USDOT address.

Use a hand-signed, dated W9 on the October 2018 revision or newer. After you finish RMIS, expect a call from RunBuggy's Transporter Success team within one to two business days.

Cons

  • The owner or a legal representative must pass an ARA company background check, plus ID and selfie checks in RMIS
